Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GPI Supplies account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
